چکیده

Pairs polyphylla var. yunnanensis is a perennial herb, and its rhizomes are used as medicine to invigorate blood circulation, dissipate stasis, relieve swelling pain, clear heat detoxify the body. However, due slow growth, most of saponin content low, while saponins higher in Paris fargesii Franch same genus. The isolation screening strains from P. that promote accumulation important improve growth rate artificially cultivated increase medicinal activity. Plant symbiotic biologically active microorganisms can development host plants through direct probiotic effects indirect disease resistance mechanisms. Here, we isolated four symbiotes, including two bacteria, Bacillus cereus (LgD2) thuringiensis (LgD10), fungi, Aspergillus tamari (TPD11) Fusarium oxysporum (TPB). All them promoted biomass, chlorophyll photosynthetic efficiency seedlings different degrees effectively stimulated expression synthesis pathway genes. symbiotes also enzymatic activities enzymes superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), polyphenol oxidase (PPO) phenylalanine aminolase (PAL), improved physiological indicators tobacco (plant height, crown width, leaf length width), reduced incidence black shank, resistance-related genes tobacco. In conclusion, TPD11, TPB, LgD10 LgD2 play an role regulating promoting accumulation, yunnanensis.

Cloning and characterization of 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl-CoA reductase (HMGR) gene from Paris fargesii Franch.

3-Hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl-coenzyme A reductase (HMGR) plays an important role in catalyzing the first committed step of isoprenoids biosynthesis in mevalonic acid (MVA) pathway. Here, we cloned a full-length transcript of Paris fargesii Franch. The full-length cDNA of P. fargesii HMGR (Pf-HMGR, GenBank accession no. JX508638) was 1,973 bp and contained a 1,728 bp ORF encoding 576 amino acids. ...

Isolation and identification of new beneficial bacterial strains from rhizosphere of Citrus sinensis orchards

The rhizosphere is the area around the root of a plant occupied by a unique population of usefulbacteria known as plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR). In this study, the isolation andidentification of rhizobacteria from orange (Citrus sinensis) orchards using 16S rRNA gene, as well asbiological and biochemical assays is reported. Analysis of 16S rRNA gene was confirmed bybiological and ...
